Three Things Nonprofit CEOs Want

When it comes to Boards, the problems range from lack of knowledge of what a board does or is supposed to do to they’re either too involved or not involved enough.  Most board members really do want to do what’s best for the organization, they just don’t know what to do or how to do it.  It can be a weird, uncomfortable situation for the CEO to try to instruct them.

Both situations can be very frustrating for the CEO and can compromise the health and success of the organization.  This is where an outsider can help.  Someone who can be straight with the board and give them the information and tools they need as well as work with the staff to help them better understand the different dynamics and communication styles of their peers.

I can help you and your board create a plan for Board engagement that will transform them into a strong, healthy, cohesive team.  For the staff issues, I have training and fun, engaging workshops to help your people get to know each other, their goals, and learn to work together to fulfill your mission.

And, let’s not forget about the money.  I don’t know of any nonprofit that doesn’t need more funding.  Whether you have fundraising staff or not, fundraising can be confusing and challenging.  I’ll work with you to create a realistic fundraising plan that you can easily implement.

If any of this sounds interesting to you, let’s have coffee.  No obligation, no pushy sales talk or strong-arm closes, I promise!  I just want to listen.

Just respond to this email and let’s talk.
